TRS Staffing is growing, and we have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. TRS combines local expertise with international market presence to serve many industry sectors, including oil and gas, power, mining, infrastructure, metals, chemicals, manufacturing and life sciences. Currently, TRS supports these industries around the world with a 4,000 strong contract workforce. This is a contract opportunity located in Southwest Calgary (Midnapore).

Some of the responsibilities and duties for this role will include:
- Issuing offer letters to contract workers
- Gathering signed paperwork
- Responding to management requests for information
- Pulling records from an SAP database
- Completing reference checks
- Answer phones & direct calls
- Order office supplies
- Distribute Mail


Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience, ideally within the engineering and/or construction industry
- Diploma/Certificate in a related field
- Self motivated, target driven with a strong drive and sense of urgency to meet goals and deadlines
- HR/Recruitment industry experience is an asset
- Strong data entry, verbal and written communication skills
