Job Details
An Excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired EPC MNC’s based in their India office in the Noida. They are dealing in EPC/PMC and Cracker Technology.

The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 17+ years’ experience in Quality Control Manager and Expeditor. To strengthen the QCS Team to help in execution of running and future projects and to attend the Surveillance and expediting visits to various vendors in India and other regions.

Brief Description
Associate Chief Manager – QC and Expeditor To ensure the complete QCS and Expedioting process are done in accordance with the company procedures and to meet the project targets to ensure delivery of the equipment/materials in accordance with Quality , inspection , expediting specifications & meeting the project schedule.

The major responsibilities are:
• QCS Manager for the assigned project
• Inspection at vendors’ shop as assigned
• Desk and Field Expediting as assigned
• Review of vendor documents viz FQCP, Job Procedures, NDT and Welding docs etc
• Preparation and Issue of Project ITPs
• Experience in inspection of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping Items, Rotary Equipment, well Conversant with : ASME Sec V, VIII, IX , EIL Specifications.
• Able to handle Welding and NDT Documents, Level II in RT, UT,PT & MT
• CSWIP Certification in Welding Technology

Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer with 17 to 22 years’ experience as QC Manager and Expeditor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
