BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator

Our client is looking for a BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator (staff). You will be working on a large/complex infrastructural project.


As a BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator you will play a prominent role in the 3D design process within the project. In this challenging position you are responsible for:
• Review 3D Models from Designers and Subcontractors
• Conduct clash detection and 3D Coordination using NavisWorks Manage
• Audit and review models
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with Integration Team
• 3D modeling in Revit
• 3D modeling in Civil 3D


Qualifications & Requirements:
You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.


You have the following desired job requirements:
• Minimum HBO degree in civil engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Experience in BIM Coordination/clash detection with Navisworks
• Experience with programs/platforms such as BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks and Civil3D;
• You are familiar with setting up and working in accordance with the BIM plan and you have extensive knowledge in the field of design;
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• Stress resistant, flexible and not afraid to take the initiative.
