Job Title – Business Development

Designation – Business Development Analyst

Location – HQ Mumbai

Experience – 4-5 years of experience in Rooftop Solar and Ground Mounted Solar

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Support in research, data analytics and presentations pertaining to customers, trends in industry and market

Identifies and proposes potential solar business by contacting prospects and explores opportunities. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluation options, resolving internal priorities. Close new business

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company's products/services

A keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising marketing activities and accelerating the business growth, Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development

Present sales, revenue & expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team through BD MIS & analysis

Monitor target v/s achievement on regular basis of all BD pipelines, part of review team of BD initiatives, track PPA auction, government auction and a pipeline of new opportunities

Achieve growth & sales targets as per the budget

Connect with channel partners and ability to develop new ones, good in presentation and communications skills

Identify new clients by developing new sales strategy & business development for region

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition

Proficient in MS Office

Maintain good relationship & retention of existing clients with smooth services

Skills and Requirement

Good communication skills (written as well as spoken)

Master’s degree or a Post graduate degree in sales and marketing preferable

Personal accountability and commitment

Good analytical skills

Self-disciplined and have good organizing abilities.

Ability to work as a part of the team
