Business Development Manager

Our client is a general contractor in the construction industry that specialise in buildings projects. The company is experiencing an upside in project awards and to continue their succcess are searching for a Business Development Manager to join on a permanent basis.

The candidate shall:

• Possess experience and knowledge in building Construction
• Understand tender and bidding norms and procedures
• Review company strategies in market positioning and align prospect tenders
• Follow up and maintain the company registrar of clients
• Increase the companies prospective clients
• Manages the bidding process and technical proposals
• Manage a team of engineers to prepare tender submittals
• Ability to sustain the current client list and develop new business
• Be able to work on Improvement of the company’s profile and presentation to market

Minimum requirements

• Engineering degree
• 10+ years minimum experience
• Relevant industry experience in construction industry
