Business Systems Analyst

TRS Staffing Solutions has been conferred by one of Toronto’s major engineering consultancies to recruit a Business Systems Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a subject matter expert to all users utilizing PMIS tools.


Responsibilities
• Administration of project management information system tools

• Development and roll out of training programs including the creation of all training manuals

• Lead and conduct business analysis at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the project and phases of the project

• Monitor project progress, resolve problems and report regularly to management

• Ensure the accuracy of program data which is incorporated into project reports


Qualifications Required

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project controls systems / business analysis / Systems Administration function with experience working within / supporting Engineering and Construction Projects

• Administering, training and maintenance of CM14 (Oracle Unifier), ARM (Active Risk Management)

• Experienced as a subject matter expert (Administrator) in a minimum of one of the following systems: Primavera P6, SharePoint, ProjectWise, Aconex, EcoSys, Oracle Contract Manager or Primavera Unifier
