Team Support/Onsite Lead Contract Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Support/Contract Coordinator Lead to guide and support a team of technical specialists in delivering high-quality technical solutions. This role combines hands-on onsite expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure project success, ensuring technical excellence, and alignment with organizational and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of administrative and team support specialists across various project initiatives.
- Collaborate with onsite team lead and project management to define technical requirements and project timelines.
- Fully support all deployed technical specialists and onsite claims review support/administration activities
- Administration includes daily accountability, auditing of time and expenses documents, filling of received paperwork, and TAC leave request support
- Apply established procedures for handling all claims-related correspondence, including registrations by mail and upload, and provide mail operations as requested.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, including other government contractors for the purpose of processing and validation of claims, to include receiving reports or analysis.
- Submit reports in accordance with contract deliverables.
- Assist with any program handoff and transition services as requested.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with trends, tools, and technologies to guide and support team development.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, reviewing and evaluating various types of disaster related losses.
- Disaster related knowledge and background to accurately assess losses, damages, repairs, and replacement costs.
- Customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge and ability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and version control systems.
- Full-time position; requires travel and working from project site (Sate Fe, NM).
- Occasional travel may be required for site visits or team coordination.
