Job Responsibilities:
- Advance capital projects from concept development to commissioning and handover.
- Develop and manage:
- Scope of Work (SOWs).
- Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Project execution strategies.
- Manage commercial aspects including contractor engagement, cost control, and variation management.
- Prepare investment memos and business cases for executive-level approval.
- Present project proposals and progress updates to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Coordinate across multiple disciplines (Electrical, Civil, SMPP) and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong governance, reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Capital Project Manager within a mining and/or mineral processing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process plant projects from concept to commissioning.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering and construction scopes.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and present to senior executives.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
