TRS Middle East is working with a leading group of companies in KSA and are looking for Carhub Manager.

A talented leader to lead an emerging ecommerce initiative in the automotive sector managing a network of service providers spread across the Kingdom. CARHUB is an integrated Digital Platform which is leading the digital transformation of automotive service business sector. It enables users to connect with automotive service/product providers through its own Ecosystem and offering hassle free experience.

Key Activities:

1. Monitor advancements in ecommerce for opportunities and new ideas to improve our customers digital experience in the automotive sector as well as
automotive adjacencies.
2. Plan operational budgets ensuring CarHub sales performance meets the agreed growth objectives.
3. Drive special deal terms and negotiations with service providers to optimize collaboration and to drive engaging customer experience.
4. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
5. Gather data and requests from various sources (app analytics, customers, internal market team, competitive space) and develop into concrete insights,
opportunities, and road map enhancements.
6. Test all functionalities in pre-publishing and publishing new versions to ensure seamless customer experience.
7. Supporting the in-house marketing and design team
8. Setting up tracking systems for measuring success of the business and also track competitor’s activities by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing
mix used by competitors.
9. Participate and contribute in overall business strategy formulation, planning and budgeting activities.
10. Liaise and interact with all internal and external stakeholder on a continuous basis to assess the performance of current system and requirements of new
technologies based on the business environment.
11. Manage team to attain daily activity metrics of partner outreach, decision maker contacts, partner progression.
12. Interact with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
13. Manage, mentor and develop the team by aligning their training needs to international best practices and standards.
14. Regular updates on going project progress on regular basis.
15. Overseeing the ecommerce business strategy for CarHub by developing and managing innovative marketing campaigns.
16. Manage the ecommerce platform to raise awareness by improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the ecommerce platform.
17. Manage and provide advice in all ecommerce related IT technologies, platforms and emerging technologies/practices.
18. Contextual technical understanding including solutions design and development.
19. Devising strategies to drive trade for trial of ecommerce platform.
20. Responsible for formulating annual strategy and business plan for CarHub aligning it with overall annual company vision
21. Understanding of E-commerce fulfilment process and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
22. Take an innovative approach to manage CAC and LTV of customers

Key Essentials:

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, consulting and/or marketing preferably in e-commerce or B2B industries
2. Expert at identifying and executing successful partnership deals and large scale marketing deals
3. Expert at working with diverse revenue models and deep data analysis
4. Expertise in ecommerce with knowledge of the digital media space
5. Experience leading projects in a high growth environment
6. Pricing and Product Management
