£50,000 - 55,000 per annum
Are you looking for your next senior administration role with an expanding consultancy? Our client is offering flexible working hours, family cohesion, on-job training, and other attractive financial incentives.
My client is looking for an experienced and skilled Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join their Administrative Department. As a Chief Administrative Officer, you will be responsible to manage the company’s business development programs and increase the output of the business. You will report directly to the CEO and other top executives of the management. You will be in an authoritative position to take decisions and advice on the important matters of the company. You should possess extraordinary leadership skills to manage a team of highly professional personnel. Your ultimate role will be to run the company through your strategic visions and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the business is running smoothly according to the policies of the company.
• Provide maximum input to the company and increase output through strategic planning.
• Set goals for departments and ensure they are timely met.
• Manage daily operations of the departments and ensure they are working according to the company policies.
• Inspect the resource distributions and manage on a budget. Evaluate the employees on the basis of performance along with the Human Resources Department.
• Train the junior staff according to the requirements.
• Troubleshoot any administrative issues that may arise.
• Report and present documented reports to the Chief Executive Officer and other top executives.
Experience:
• Masters in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration will also be considered.
• Proven 2 years of experience working as a Chief Administrative Officer, Managing Director, or a similar role in the Administrative Department.
• Strong knowledge of budget costing and policy-making procedures.
• Expert in Operations Management.
• Familiar with corporate laws and government policies.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
