It specializes in architecture and engineering design, planning, supervision, project and construction management, development advisory, and turnkey delivery solutions.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Architect with 5+ years of experience in Data Centre construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and quality control of civil and architectural works for mission‑critical facilities. The role requires strong site execution knowledge, coordination with MEP teams, and strict adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute civil and architectural works for Data Centre projects from foundation to handover
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and civil drawings
- Coordinate closely with MEP, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Systems teams
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take‑offs, and material specifications
- Manage site execution, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and safety norms
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and as‑built drawings
- Monitor construction progress and resolve site‑related design and execution issues
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC, and project‑specific standards
- Support project documentation, inspections, and final handover
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong knowledge of Data Centre civil and architectural requirements
- B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering/Architecture
- Experience with RCC structures, foundations, equipment plinths, and industrial flooring
- Understanding of high‑load floors, vibration control, and fire‑rated construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge preferred)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
- Hands‑on site execution and problem‑solving ability
