Civil Engineering Team Leader

Our client is in search of an ambitious and talented professional to serve as a Civil Engineering Team Leader focused on Single Family/Residential. Join their growing team in Charleston, SC. 

The Civil Engineering Team Leader will focus on the management of personnel and clients. The ideal candidate for this position has demonstrated outstanding proficiency in civil engineering design, project management, leadership amongst fellow co-workers, client contact skills, and a has established a reputation throughout the land development industry.

The Team Leader is accountable for the overall success of the Civil Engineering Team - Single Family/Residential Sector and all assigned civil engineering projects within the team. This includes responsibility for the organization, morale, development, profitability, and overall success of the team. The Team Leader will be expected to foster the mentorship of other Civil Project Managers and demonstrate a strong sense of leadership amongst employees and peers both internally and externally. This position will continue to seek mentorship from Principals to strengthen client, employee, and executive level management skill sets.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 
Experience: South Carolina PE License
