Civil Project Manager

Job Duties:
- Using your expertise and strong connections to lead and develop an established engineering team.
- You will lead design teams, review project deliverables, client relationship management, and support junior and intermediate staff.
- Prepare detailed designs and engineering drawings, coordinate documents for approvals, proposals, cost estimates, and contracts, as well as oversee and ensure the project is meeting the schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Regularly engaging with clients and conducting business development.
- Required to use their knowledge and experience in leading municipal engineering and land development projects.

Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Should have P.Eng. designation or able to get one within 1 year of start
- Should have previous experience with client relationship management
- Must have experience working in a construction environment
- Must have strong communication skills – written and verbal
