About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for an IT SAP Business Analyst to support a large-scale SAP implementation project. This role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of SAP-related project outcomes.

Duties and responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for SAP solutions
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and project teams
• Develop process maps and end-to-end business process flows
• Support fit-gap analysis and SAP solution assessments
• Track and manage project requirements and action items
• Assist with UAT planning, test script creation, and test execution
• Contribute to data governance, risk assessments, and project deliverables

Skills and experience required

• 5+ years' experience in Business Analyst roles within SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules including PP, QM, and SOTC
• Proven experience gathering and managing business requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience working with system implementation or transformation projects
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and external vendors
