Role & Responsibilities
- Managing the estimating & invoicing department
- Managing the commercial department
- Leading, training and coaching junior members of staff
- Responsible for estimating repair, conversion and refit projects
- Take ownership of the invoicing process throughout the projects
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years spent as an Estimating Manager or Commercial Manager
- Previous experience in a ship repair & conversion environment
- Middle East experience is preferred
