An opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired EPC / PMC organization based in their India site in the Barauni / Sindari. They are dealing in EPC / PMC oil and gas, petrochemical and fertilizer projects.

Job Description:
• Commissioning Manager Should be from MNC’s in Construction/ EPC/ Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Fertilizer industry in Urea Plant.
• Should be able to responsible for closely monitoring pre-commissioning/ commissioning activities at fertilizer plants (Urea).
• Effectively monitor a team of Contractor’s pre-commissioning/ commissioning engineers to deliver successful and safe pre-commissioning/ commissioning activities.
• Be able to effectively manage the pre-commissioning/ commissioning activities documentation.
• Ensure ALL the pre-commissioning/ commissioning protocols, procedures; methodologies are followed without exception at ALL times during ALL phases of project.
• Technology excellence in Urea is a MUST.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of construction and commissioning engineers during various phases of project.
• Ensure Safe conduct of the Pre-commissioning/ commissioning team at all times during various phases of the project.
• Candidate must be highly Safety conscious.
• Should be able to execute and supervise dealings in accordance to commissioning guidelines and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
• Graduate Chemical Engineer, B.Sc./ Diploma (Chemical)
• The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum 20 + years’ experience in commissioning of Urea plant.
