"Our international client is seeking a CONDITIONAL BASE MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST to ensure safe Maintenance Execution of Mechanical Rotating Equipment and Machinery for the BOSCONGO Project based in CONGO."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure safe maintenance execution of Mechanical Rotating Equipment and Machinery, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international std.
- Execute Maintenance Preventive and Correctives operations (routine and short-term).
- Implement and request the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taking the various constraints into account when planning and carrying out operations.
- Ensure the movement of spare parts according to the requirements of Maintenance operations.
- Supervise stock of relevant raw materials, PDR, consumables and tools.
- Follow-up the maintenance activity through a Work Order system and approve the maintenance Work Order reports through the use of the most common CMMS (SAP-UNISUP-MAXIMO-DATASTREAM, etc.).
- Coordinate Contract or personnel for the smooth execution of the services
- Report and/or advise Discipline Supervisor on Daily bases.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience.
- A good understanding of Maintenance, Methodologies, and Processes.
- MANDATORY CERTIFICATES:
- Certification ISO 18436-2:2014 Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines.
- Ultrasound Certification ISO 18436-8
- Thermography Certification ISO 18436-7:2014
- Fluent in B1 English and B1 level of French Language
- Valid Bosiet Certificate & Medicals
