Our client, an industry leader in the Major Capital Projects sector is looking for a Construction Director to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to further progress their careers within the Professional Project Management industry. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in the consulting industry, with a strong desire to join a profitable and stable organization with lots of opportunity for future growth and career advancement.
Responsibilities
The ideal individual will have a previous leadership position within Construction Management, building and growing teams while leading business development and supporting major infrastructure projects. Projects will have included transit, P3, buildings and facilities however, diversity is key to this role. As a high level professional, you will be responsible for the P&L, contracts and budgets of large scale projects ranging from $500M – $12B. You will be a self-starter, who is innovative and knowledgeable within project consultancy and with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Qualifications
• University Degree in Planning, Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of consultant industry experience
• P.Eng or PMP is a desired asset
