Construction Manager

Our general contractor client is seeking Construction Manager to join their team in Fort McMurray. This candidate will have previous experience with above ground tank storage and should be familiar with developing construction execution plans and general project controls principles.

In this exciting role, the candidate will be involved with overseeing the work site and be engaging with site personnel as well as subcontractors. They will participate in audits and inspections, incident investigations, and develop the project activity risk matrix. Along with this, they will be involved with client relationship management.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience within the industrial construction setting
Must have experience with storage tanks
Should have an understanding of API 650 and API653
Knowledge of Primavera is considered an asset
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
Must have CSTS-09 certification or CSO
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
