Construction Site Manager

Our client, a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing professional services to multiple industry sectors all across North America is currently looking for a qualified Construction Site Manager (CSM) in Toronto, Ontario.

The Construction Site Manager will be reporting directly to the Construction Manager for the administration of Construction Contracts, and will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the construction project as well as monitor the construction activity and progress.

Qualifications:
⦁ 15+ years of experience in managing or administering multi-trade or discipline contracts in ICI and heavy civil or industrial construction
⦁ Prior experience with PRESTO or other fare gates systems
⦁ JHSC Certification or the ability to obtain it within the first 12 months of employment
⦁ Strong knowledge of construction practices and principles, as well as inspection, administration, documentation and management
⦁ Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders
