Our client, a world leading EPCM. is currently seeking talented and highly motivated Contracts/ Commercial Administrator or Paralegal for a position based In Windsor, Ontario. This is a great opportunity to further your career with a prominent global organization with a possibility for a permanant position. Responsibilities • Pre-award and post-award preparation for lump sum, time & material and unit rate contracts • Formation to administration of contracts; leading in the preparation, revision, and evaluation of contracts from RFI to close out • Develop, issue and manage of tender documentation as well as issuances of requests, negotiations and approvals of change orders • Invoice attestation, commercial and claims management knowledge; strong vendor relationships and ability to work with legal departments • Monitor, evaluate and document various on and off site activities; performance, quality and adherence to HSE policies Qualifications • Degree / Diploma in related field • Previous experience with construction projects; Roads, Bridges, Highways • Ability to work well both independently and as a team player • Strong attention to detail • Critical thinking, organization and communications skills We thank all applicants for their interest; however only those who work in Canada will be considered for this position and only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
