Database Coordinator

Our client is a major player in the infrastructure construction industry and are seeking a Database Coordinator to join their team in Windsor, Ontario. Reporting directly to the Project and Asset Information Manager, this individual will support the implementation of the Asset Information Requirement for this project.

Key Job Duties:
• Update the commissioning database by tracking and monitoring the latest designs and equipment changes
• Communicate with the BIM Team and Design Management Team on data updates
• Implement practices and procedures for appropriate integration and data flow
• Coordinate with subcontractors and upload their corresponding assets data to the commissioning database
• Perform audits, and vendor data quality checks

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and SQL query language skills required
• Must have accurate and concise communication skills
• Database administration experience
• Experience designing and developing software solutions, and system integrations like Aconex, BIM360 and Commissioning
