Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of around 50 personnel across Canada, provide training and mentorship to the team to help team members achieve growth.
- Provide oversight to the design and management of large projects across Canada and ensure projects are completed under budget and within schedule.
- Represent the company to communicate with clients and attend meetings to address clients’ needs.
- Prepare fee estimates and proposals.
- Identify potential clients in the market and establish relationships with existing and new clients.
- Create an environment and culture and that promotes inclusivity and diversity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience in construction (buildings) with demonstrated leadership experience on large projects.
- P.Eng in Canada is required.
- Strong expertise in HVAC and Plumbing systems design for buildings.
- Experience with sustainable and green building design.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
