TRS Middle East is working with is a leading entity in the hospitality sector, dedicated to enhancing the tourism landscape through a diverse portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. With a strong commitment to excellence and sustainability, it operates properties across multiple continents, reflecting the unique cultural heritage of each location.
Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing the organization's vision and strategic objectives while ensuring adherence to business plans, budgets, and policies across properties.
- Oversee General Managers to achieve budgeted revenues and profits, providing guidance on financial performance and operational improvements.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain quality standards, review guest satisfaction reports, and support General Managers in meeting customer satisfaction and financial targets.
- Act as the primary liaison between General Managers and corporate personnel, facilitating communication and operational analysis to enhance investment strategies and staffing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must have a strong background in hospitality.
- Must have a strong background in asset management hotel portfolios.
- Global experience is essential, with a preference for a mix of GCC and international markets.
- Ideally, a combination of experience in hospitality, and a group role within hotel management.
- Big 4 experience is a plus.
