This dual-role position combines technical document control responsibilities with hands-on project support, ensuring seamless execution and efficient coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control: Manage, maintain, and update documentation within the Autodesk ACC platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
Workflow Management: Design, implement, and oversee document workflows to optimize collaboration and approval processes across teams and projects.
Standards Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to company and industry standards, including version control, naming conventions, and metadata requirements.
Data Integration: Collaborate with team and other departments to integrate Autodesk ACC with other enterprise systems
Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on Autodesk ACC and related document management processes.
Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on document status, compliance metrics, and workflow efficiency.
Project Coordination: Assist Project Director with scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking to ensure project milestones are met.
Meeting Support: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in documentation management, with hands-on expertise in Autodesk ACC.
Experience with the financial part of Autodesk ACC will be beneficial, however not a pre-requisite.
Previous experience in project coordination or assistance is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud and its various modules.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Qualification
Degree in Engineering or Eqivalant
