Job Details
An opportunity to join a leader in renewable energy, on a long-term contract position working on a exciting project in the Biblis area.
Brief Description
This job requires a high level of accuracy as you will be accountable for all documentation management on site.
The major responsibilities are:
- Manage and store all project documents in the DMS.
- Check documents for completeness, correct metadata, and approval status.
- Maintain version control and archive old revisions.
- Track review and approval workflows with audit trails.
- Distribute documents and manage transmittals.
- Handle supplier documentation and update status reports.
- Maintain DMS and assist users.
- Create paper archive and compile final As-Built documentation for handover
Key Skills to succeed in the role:
- Experience in document and engineering documentation management (preferably in plant construction, energy, or infrastructure).
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Strong understanding of document control workflows (review, approval, revision, transmittal).
- Accurate, structured, and reliable; focused on data and process quality.
- Good communication, service-oriented, team player, detail-focused.
To be considered for this job you must have EU citizenship, speak fluent German and be registered to work freelance with a EU registered LTD.
