Role: Electrical Construction Manager
Location: Turek, Poland
Your role will encompass:
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, health & safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with project and construction managers to align site progress with program milestones.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Contruction Manager on CCGT projects.
- Interface closely with project management and client representatives to resolve technical and any scheduling issues
- Ensure all works are fully compliant with current legislation, specifications and security protocols.
- Manage resources on site to ensure efficiency, plan labor and material resources ahead of time, and manage subcontractor labor hours.
What you bring to the role?
- University or Technical Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on CCGT projects.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced use of Microsoft office.
- Excellent use of English Language.
- Time management.
- Problem-solving
- Organizational skills.
- Critical thinking.
