A global leader in the energy and metallurgy industries, is looking for a HSE Supervisor to join their Power Technologies team in Turek, Poland. Our client is committed to innovation and sustainability, investing in advanced technologies and fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Location: Turek, Poland
Your Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Project HSE BIOZ, Environmental, and Waste Management Plans
- Maintain HSE procedures, work instructions, and documentation in line with legal, regulatory, and site requirements
- Carry out regular site inspections, internal reviews, and monthly HSE audits
- Act as the main HSE contact for Project Management and the Site HSE Manager
- Monitor HSE compliance, identify non‑conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Collect, track, and report HSE KPIs on a monthly basis
- Ensure site compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ESG requirements
- Identify and manage major site risks and hazards
- Lead or support investigations of HSE and environmental incidents
- Promote a strong safety culture and positive safety behaviors across the sit
Our requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an HSE management role, including 3 years on large construction or heavy civil projects
- Good knowledge of Polish legislation and European HSE regulations
- Strong understanding of accident prevention principles and Working at Heights requirements
- Experience managing subcontractors on construction sites
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Very good English command
