Electrical Construction Manager

A global leader in the energy and metallurgy industries, is looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to join their Power Technologies team in Turek, Poland. Location: Turek, Poland

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on‑site electrical construction activities in line with schedule, quality, and HSE standards.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and support progress measurement and invoicing.
• Drive constructability reviews and optimize installation methods.
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, project management, and client teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in electrical construction on EPC power/energy projects (CCGT, OCGT, substations, HV).
• Strong site leadership and subcontractor management experience.
• Solid knowledge of electrical installations, contracts, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE.
