Overview

Our client's team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in the energy sector, focusing on sustainable and efficient power distribution systems.

As an Electrical engineer you will be focusing on Low Voltage Power distribution detailed engineering.
 

Responsibilities

As an electrical engineer is responsible for a variety of tasks throughout different phases of a project. Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Project Involvement: They are involved from the initial phase of a project through to implementation, working closely with more experienced engineers.
  • Collaboration: Engineers work in multidisciplinary teams, learning from both junior and senior colleagues.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: They ensure that electrical systems are running smoothly and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all electrical systems meet regulatory requirements and are designed to withstand harsh offshore environments.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
  • Familiarity with LV distribution systems, ETAP, E3D, and Smart Plant instrumentation.
  • Conversant with National and International codes such as IEC, ANSI, IEEE, ISO, NFPA, NEMA, API, etc.
  • Experience in Offshore platform designer and HV substation designer
