An established energy sector company is looking for an Electrical Installation Engineer with hands-on experience in large-scale industrial projects. The successful candidate will join the general contractor’s team and take charge of supervising instrumentation system installations on-site.
Location: Grudziądz, Poland
Full time contract
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the timely delivery of instrumentation, connection materials, and fittings to the construction site before installation begins.
- Reviewing and confirming the placement of instruments on-site based on technical drawings and P&ID documentation.
- Overseeing the subcontractor’s work related to instrumentation installation and tracking progress.
- Identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise during the installation process.
- Sharing updates and relevant information with the electrical site manager.
- Attending coordination meetings with the electrical site manager.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards on-site.
Our requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience, ideally in electrical installations within the energy sector.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, components, and applicable regulations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- High attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage tasks and deadlines across multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate if required.
