A prominent player in Offshore Energy Solutions, renowned for its cutting-edge floating production systems and services tailored for the Oil and Gas sector, as an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor - Onshore. This key person will be responsible to ensure that electrical systems in onshore infrastructure projects are installed, maintained, and operated safely and efficiently, while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
The role is located in Equatorial Guinea.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise electrical technicians and contractors on-site.
  • Oversee installation of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, grounding, cabling, switchgear).
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical infrastructure.
  • Enforce compliance with electrical codes, standards (IEC, NEC), and site-specific safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of electrical work, inspections, and test results.
  • Manage manpower, tools, and equipment efficiently.
  • Mentor junior electricians and technicians.
  • Act as the point of contact between electrical teams and project management.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
  • Trade certification or technical qualification in electrical systems (where applicable).
  • Valid Electrical Supervisor/Contractor License (depending on local regulations).
  • Safety certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of IEC, NEC, or other relevant electrical codes and standards.
  • 5–10 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision.
  • Proven track record in managing electrical teams on infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Experience with onshore facilities such as substations, power distribution, cabling, and control systems.
