Equipment Inspection Coordinator

TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Equipment Inspection Coordinator role to work one of the largest bulk materials shipping companies in Canada. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking to grow their skills and gain experience working in a large, federal unionized corporation.

This is a full-time temporary position and will be required to work onsite in the Greater Vancouver area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and implement excellent work safe and cooperative culture among engineering, maintenance, and operation
• Effectively coordinate and communicate all onsite activities related to Maintenance and Operations
• Deliver excellent safe and effective management of project inspections and project repair
• Ensure all repair projects and activities meet and exceed company’s standard
• Execute assigned work effectively within project planned cost and schedule constraints
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Key Requirements:
• At least 3 years of direct work experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Demonstrated outstanding verbal communication and written skills
• Previous work experience in an industrial sector performing third-party inspection
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple conflicting situations
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, MS Teams, and SharePoint)
