The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Exploration Geologist with 1–5 years of experience to contribute to international exploration initiatives. Based in Perth, this role offers the chance to work closely with a small, agile team and gain exposure across multiple facets of the business. You’ll be involved in campaign-style international travel and extended fieldwork in remote and challenging environments. Your focus will be on supporting a dual-track strategy—growing existing resources and identifying new copper targets across a broader landholding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, overseeing, and executing field programs including geological mapping, sampling, drill rig operations, and geophysical surveys
- Help shape and implement exploration strategies aimed at uncovering new mineral discoveries
- Compile, manage, and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets
- Use tools like QGIS and Leapfrog for daily and weekly geological data analysis
- Contribute to technical documentation and public market communications (e.g., ASX releases)
- Coordinate logistics, permitting, and regulatory compliance with external partners and stakeholders
- Uphold environmental standards and internal policies throughout field operations
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology (postgraduate qualifications are a plus)
- 1–5 years of hands-on exploration experience across various deposit types (base metals preferred; precious metals experience beneficial)
- Self-motivated, resilient, and solutions-focused with strong organisational skills
- Experience with both reverse-circulation and diamond drilling, including QAQC protocols and data management
- Comfortable working in remote locations and/or internationally; prior Canadian field experience is a bonus
- Familiarity with geological software (Leapfrog, QGIS, ioGAS) and a keen interest in expanding technical capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing and able to travel internationally for project campaigns and spend extended time in the field
- Holds a valid manual driver’s licence
What’s Offered
- Competitive remuneration
- Clear pathways for career growth and professional development, including international exposure
- A chance to be part of a dynamic, high-energy team with a strong collaborative culture
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking exploration company at a pivotal stage
Location
