Here is an exciting opportunity to join a leading EPC company in Calgary, AB as a Facilities Services Personnel! The successful candidate must be reliable, responsible, and able to work with a minimum of supervision. We require an extremely customer focused individual who works well in a dynamic team environment with a positive attitude keeping safety priority. We maintain relationships with internal and external support groups for maintenance, integrated system assistance, rentals and sales.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Building Mechanical knowledge an asset
- HVAC cold / hot complaints
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Safety supervision on projects
- Snow removal ( building sidewalks perimeter – loading dock etc ).
- On call required on rotational schedule
- Moving furniture, boxes and bins
- Installing furniture fixtures
- Pickup and delivery of large package items
- Key cutting
- Engraving
- Delivery and pick-up of audiovisual equipment
- Set-up and takedown support for numerous events
- Monitor the parking lot, specifically the visitor and client parking areas to ensure that the vehicles are registered and parked within Fluor parking guidelines
- Ensure the success of meetings by providing audio visual equipment, set-up and training support functions for on-site and limited off site business meetings and events.
- Responsible for maintenance of audio visual equipment through routine maintenance and supply of audiovisual items in our local areas

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of facilities maintenance or similar experience
- Have a valid Alberta Driver's license with a clean abstract
- Must be able to work an on-call schedule
- Be of good health and with no physical limitations as this position involves some heavy lifting.
