FPD (Flawless Project Delivery) Administration

Here is an exciting opportunity to join a mega project in Kitimat, British Columbia as a Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) Admin/ IT Support! You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. Reporting to the project FPD lead the successful candidate for this role will provide Administrative/ IT support as required. This individual will take charge of the administration of the database as well as populating the database. The qualified individual for this role will serve as the focal point for providing technical support and technical input.

Job Duties:
- Preparation of FPD Reports, MOMs, Database performance monitoring and Data entry activities
- Captures, consolidates, and records potential flaws in develops risk register database and ensures maintenance of database with respect to
status for Kitimat
- Organize and manage the FPD Administrative / IT requirements to support FPD implementation
- Identifying and escalating immediately any risks to the database service.
- Populating a database with new information or transfer existing data into it.

Qualifications:
- Recent FPD experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical data to non-technical colleagues.
- Have a combination of Administration and IT experience in the oil/gas/chemicals sector of at least 10 years
- Advanced competency with of Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable structured database platforms required for Project
