“TRS is looking for experienced degreed General Manager: Business Development with extensive Petrochemical Refinery / Oil & Gas as well as Port Industry experience for upcoming projects within the next six (6) months. “

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
• Lead our clients market positioning and client acquisition so as to achieve business growth targets by identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals to gain market share as well as grow our clients share of the business of existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing.
• Post Graduate / Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• At least 15 years’ experience in a senior business development position in a large enterprise with complex business processes.
• 5 - 7 years in an Executive Leadership position.
• Background in either consulting or Business Management.
• Driver’s License Code 08.
• Regular travel as required by the business.
