"TRS has an exciting opportunity for a HEAVY DUTY MECHANIC who will be responsible for ensuring the correct maintenance operation of the Heavy Onshore Equipment, present in the job sites, and maintenance bases, to join our international client's team on the HAIL & GASHA PROJECT based in the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.”

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performing the instructions received by the Mechanic Section Leader and or Workshop Foreman, ensuring the respect of the HSE and Quality procedures and practices, following the appropriate manuals supplied by the manufacturers.
• Disassemble, reassemble, and overhaul all the heavy equipment, useful for the construction of pipelines or Onshore plants.
• Inspect the equipment in order to determine the proper maintenance procedures, by visual observation or with other devices.
• Interpret the manuals and technical drawings (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric if necessary).
• Produce handmade replacement parts using the tools and equipment available in the workshop.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Accredited Qualification.
• Minimum Five (5) years of experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic.
• Hands on experience for Repair and Maintenance of Earth Moving Equipment, Cranes and Manlift
• Professional communication in English (verbal and written).
