HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Anderson, SC
Status of Hire: full-time, direct, salaried
Pay: $60,000-70,000 depending on experience
Hours: 8am – 5pm (with overtime as needed)
Travel: negligible (between local facilities, possibly 1-2 trips to MI annually)
Reports to: HR Leader/HR Manager
Direct Reports: None
Industry: tier I automotive supplier, manufacturing parts for BMW
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading new hire orientation and training (former training manager / training facilitator would be great)
- Training program development
- Coaching and development at all levels
- Recruitment, on-boarding
- Employee relations
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related
- 3+ years of experience in a prior HRG or Training Manager/Facilitator/Coordinator role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience developing training programs
Must be:
-Professional communicator with solid customer service skills

-Creative
-Self-motivated
