We are seeking outstanding HR Officer. This role supports a leading global provider of professional services in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. The organization is deeply involved in delivering sustainable and innovative solutions across mining, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The position is based in the Northern Cape and will play a key role in supporting human resources operations on-site, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, and contributing to workforce development and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and coordinating HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary procedures.
- Administer employee benefits and manage leave records.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and mining industry regulations.
- Coordinate literacy and numeracy training.
- Manage learnerships, mentorships, bursaries, and internships.
- Employment Equity: Support the implementation of the Employment Equity Plan.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in community and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to career progression planning and hard-to-fill vacancy strategies.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- National Diploma or BCom Degree in HR Management, or B.Soc.Sc in Industrial Psychology (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Prior experience in a mining environment is advantageous.
- Experience with HR systems such as SAGE, Oracle, Biometrics, or SharePoint is beneficial.
