Key Job Duties:
- Assist in recruiting, and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and scheduling interviews
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding to ensure a positive and smooth transition
- Maintain employee lists, records and files as well as fine tuning data tracking
- Administer and process HR documents
- Manage employee records, training records, documents, and update information accordingly
Key Qualifications:
- 2-10 years’ experience in an HR administrative or generalist role is required.
- A high school diploma is required, or a degree in a Business Administrator or similar field is strongly preferred
- Experience in a mid-size or large organization an asset (more than 150 people)
- Experience in a unionized environment preferred
- Must be eligible to cross over to the US boarder as required
