HR Staffing Coordinator

Our client, a leading EPCM with projects worldwide, is seeking a HR Staffing Coordinator to join their team in Darlington, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have to emphasize on people attraction, development and management in a site based rule.

Responsibilities:
As the project HR Staffing Coordinator, the candidate will have to support the project management with workforce planning strategies by partnering with the in-house Talent Acquisition team on candidate reviews, recruitment strategies and final selections.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a HR in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional work experience
- Ability to partner with senior and executive level management on HR decisions
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company specific databases and online portals
- Prior experience in industrial or engineering setting is desirable
