HSE Advisor

HSE Advisor required for our client based in Hull. As the HSE Advisor You will be responsible for being the lead advisor on site and take responsibility for Engagement Program training

Primary HSE Functions:
Reviewing Contractor RAMS for high risk tasks as part of project Control of Work
Maintaining 80% effective field presence to support client Supervision on project HSE standards
Undertaking regular HSE inspections and audits with client Construction Team and Contractor Representatives;
Actively participate in client Leadership Engagement Program
Conduct Project HSE Inductions as per the client HSE Training Schedule
Follow up and actively involve on potential injury or illness of project personnel at the project Contractor Clinic
Attend project Weekly HSE Meetings
Supporting Contractors with the completion of effective incident investigations
Coaching and supporting Project personnel in the implementation of the client HSE requirements
Maintaining thorough knowledge of project HSE procedures
Together with the Client HSE Manager support Permit to Work Coordinator role e.g. permit issue in mornings and collection in evenings until position is mobilised before ramp up of personnel.


Skills Required
Computer skills e.g. excel, word, power point
NEBOSH Certified or equivalent
OSHA Recordkeeping Training provided by the project
