HSE Manager

For the Construction project (greenfield) of our client (International E&I Contractor) we are looking to recruit an experienced (and pragmatic) HSE manager.

The role:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rotterdam for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager. The Environment, Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies related to health, safety, and environmental issues. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting safety audits, coordinating accident investigations, providing training programs, and developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.

Requested qualifications:
•    Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health skills
•    Accident Investigation skills
•    Training skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch and English)
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field
•    A minimum of 10 years experience in the construction and engineering industry, especially oil and gas construction, is a must
•    Professional certifications such as the NEBOSH International Certificate in Construction Health and Safety are a must, and an International Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals is a plus
