Job Title: HSE Supervisor

Location: Nysa, Poland (on-site)

Role Overview: The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our client's projects in Nysa, Poland. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, as well as promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Provide HSE training and support to employees and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the site.
  • Prepare and present HSE reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
