IDR Construction Coordinator

You would be at work within a growing EPCM firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. As the IDR Construction Coordinator, you will be assigned to the construction team and provide construction support to construction team to streamline, interface and manage interdisciplinary releases (IDR) among different disciplines and contractors.

Job Duties

• Validate/verify completion of construction activities in assigned IDR and assists construction with readiness of work area for release to different contractors. 
• Establishes and maintains effective communication among construction, quality, technical services and other contractors to ensure the timely flow of interdisciplinary release review and sign off. 
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure that quality checks are complete prior to IDR sign-off. 
• Verify and check the readiness of area for access and indirect support prior to release of area to receiving contractor.
• Interface with Technical Services to ensure that there is no pending or outstanding RFI/FCN for respective area for release.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in construction activities in a related field.
• Must have direct working experience on industrial projects with electrical, structural, mechanical, and piping disciplines.
• Candidate must have above average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
