Invoice Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Specialist with a strong background in ship repair operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, managing billing documentation, and ensuring compliance with maritime service agreements. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with finance and operations teams to maintain smooth payment cycles.

The role will be based in Saudi Arabia. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
• Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in any Engineering Discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience related to the role.
• Experience in Shipyard industry (Preferred)
