- Monitoort status infrasystemen (op afstand via scada)
- Identificeert storingen
- Schakelt storingsploegen in en stuurt deze aan
- Registreert gegevens (o.a. storings- en hersteldata)
- Regelt ongeplande buitendienststellingen en spanningsloosstellingen (door Verkeersleiding en OBI)
- Voorziet klant (OBI) van de actuele status van storingsafhandeling en beschikbaarheid Hogesnelheidslijn
- Ondersteunt Main Supervisors bij analyse monitoring- en storingsdata
- Neemt deel aan onderhoudstesten
- MBO+
- Kennis van en ervaring met monitorings- en meldsystemen
- Analytisch denkvermogen
- Kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewust
- Stressbestendig (snel en betrouwbaar handelen onder druk)
- Communicatief vaardig en gezaghebbend
- Juiste identificatie en classificatie storingen
- Beslissen over oplossingswijze bij storingen
- Bindend advies vragen bij twijfel over de oplossingswijze (aan Main Supervisors)
- Juist informeren klant (OBI) en storingsploegen
- Accuraat en juist vastleggen storings- en hersteldata
- Informeren Manager van Dienst, Manager Operations en General Manager conform calamiteitenprocedure
- Ingrijpen in treinproces bij directe bedreiging veiligheid
- Oproepen storingsploegen
