"TRS has an URGENT opportunity for an Offshore Jack Up Driller Floater for Vessel Type SCA7 with Jack Up/Platforms and Oil & Gas Industry experience to join our international client's project team based Worldwide."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Jack Up/Platforms experience required.
- Responsible for drill floor operations including draw works, mud circulating systems, rotary systems, and BOP equipment.
- Verify positions and depth of boring locations before drilling to determine if it is safe to move forward with the process.
- Check gauges, monitor drilling condition and pay close attention to equipment to decide if it needs to be altered or adjusted during drilling.
- Stop, start and control machine drilling speed and align as well as position drills to stabilize machine.
- Regulate downward pressure, rotary speed and air pressure, depending on the type of material the drill is moving through, changing procedures and setting for each individual job as needed.
- Fills up and records daily QHSE inspection reports.
- Knows well control procedures, and blowout preventer equipment and procedures.
- Recognizes basic warning signs of kick and acts to prevent any incidents.
- Oversees and performs maintenance of the derrick and drilling fluid system equipment.
- Directs, assists, and performs technical calculations to carry out drilling operations.

EDUCATION & SKILLS:
- Must have Jack Up/Platforms experience.
- Must have Drill Ship OR Semisub experience.
- 8-10 years harsh environment floating drilling operations, prior rig and vessel operations offshore experience preferabl required.
- Valid well control certification.
- Competent in deepwater operations and subsea equipment.
- Proficient in the operating and construction characteristics of all components utilized in the drilling and completion system.
- Highly developed communication skills and proficient in typical Microsoft computer based applications.

Salary: TBD
Rotation: 28/28
Working days/hours: 7 days per 12 hourshrs per day/5 days a week
Overtime rate: The payment of overtime is included in the daily salary rate. No additional payment for overtime
