Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Admin to join our team in El Paso, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease and title documents, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining comprehensive records. This role is crucial in supporting our land acquisition efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. The assignment is expected to start between 6 – 9 months, with the individual working onsite up to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully read through lease and title documents to identify and extract relevant information such as tenant names, lease terms, payment schedules, and tenant obligations.
- Accurately enter details into the tracker/database and ensure all data is up to date to avoid discrepancies.
- Schedule periodic audits to verify the accuracy of the data entered and identify and correct any discrepancies.
- Keep detailed records of all lease agreements, amendments, and related correspondence.
Collaboration and Supervision:
- Daily collaboration and supervision will be provided from Houston, TX.
- The Land Acquisition Admin will work closely with the Senior Development Manager and Site Coordinator, who will provide orientation and guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Ability to read and interpret lease and title documents.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in land acquisition or real estate administration is a plus.
